A lady known as the agency asking for our suggestions. She told us that she had left her husband, children and also the household home due to his constant philandering. She was quite distraught by the circumstance. She didn't wish to leave the kids but she could not afford to take them with her ahead of she divorced her husband. He was not violent but he was very abusive and shouted at her a great deal. The couple had been separated for about 4 months and in that time our client had discovered out that he had moved yet another woman in.
Our client was very worried about her case simply because she was the one that left. Her solicitor had reassured her that she would get the children and he would have to pay maintenance to her along with the kids once the divorce had gone by way of. Our client had heard other stories that contradicted the solicitor’s story. We had a discussion with her and suggested that it would be an excellent thought to put covert cameras outside the house so we could monitor the movements of the other woman to see if she was living in the family property.
We left the cameras outside the residence for 2 weeks. We had a lot of evidence that the other woman was living there. She parked her automobile on the drive and used a key to get in. She was there on her own for a number of the time. Our client took this evidence to her solicitor who told her she had enough to prove adultery. Our client then got herself moved back into the family property with the kids and her husband started to pay maintenance. It turned out that her husband had only been seeing this 1 woman and he wanted to live with her.
